By accessing or using the ar666 platform in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the ar666 platform and close your account.

ar666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

To use the ar666 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

2. You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporation or third party.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

5. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of ar666, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
6. You must not have been previously excluded from the ar666 platform through self-exclusion or enforcement action.

ar666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to ineligible users will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the ar666 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar666 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify ar666 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ar666 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have shared them with any third party.

All registration information is subject to verification. ar666 may request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification, to verify your identity and age prior to processing any withdrawal.

All financial transactions on the ar666 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ar666 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions.

ar666 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and validity periods published at the time of the offer. General principles applicable to all ar666 promotions include:

1. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
2. ar666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays.

4. Providing false or misleading registration information, including falsification of age or identity.
5. Using the ar666 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
6. Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks in respect of deposits made to ar666.
7. Creating multiple accounts or facilitating account sharing with another individual.

ar666 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account, withhold funds, and report prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.

All content on the ar666 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of ar666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the ar666 platform without prior written authorisation from ar666.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar666, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from:

1. Technical interruptions, server downtime, or communications failures beyond ar666's reasonable control.
2. Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security.
3. Changes to applicable laws or regulatory requirements that affect the availability of the platform.
4. Any decision to suspend or terminate your account in accordance with these Terms.

ar666's total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your ar666 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

ar666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

1. A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
2. Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or reasonably suspected.
3. ar666 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory directive.
4. The account has been dormant for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure in good standing (i.e., where no breach has occurred), any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed identity verification.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting ar666 customer support. Accounts flagged for responsible gaming self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with ar666's Responsible Gaming Policy.

The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ar666's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.

ar666's internal complaints procedure requires that all complaints be submitted in writing to [email protected]. ar666 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
